Imagine someone playing drums next to you non-stop for 3-4 hours, everyday - it’s driving me crazy. We talked to our neighbor three times and they basically said they cannot control their kids, nor are they willing to put carpets on the floor because they said it’s too much carpet to be put down. We talked to the property manager and she said she would talk to them. Let’s see how that goes. Bottom line is, I do not recommend anyone to move in here. The property is too old so you’ll be super vulnerable to your neighbors’ activities, but you just don’t know what kind of neighbor you’ll get.
