Not luxury as advertised. The appliances are low grade quality and the A/C unit in the apartments are super loud. You have to have your TV up so loud just to hear it over the A/C. The toilet seat cover is so thin and flimsy. The blinds on the window are so cheap and hard to raise up. If you break them the office won’t replace them. They said you have to replace them. They allow smoking in the units which a lot of the residents in here now were under the impression smoking was not allowed. Why ...
would you build new apartments and allow smoking in them all to be ruined by Third hand smoke on the walls and not to mention the smells left behind for the new comers. We have a neighbor below us and the cigarette smoke rises into our apartment and it smells so bad we had to get 5 air purifiers just to help keep down the smells has my son as asthma. He asthma has flared up so much while living here. This is a health issue for my son. We contacted the office and they won’t do anything. Will not be renewing lease my year can’t end soon enough. A few people has already moved out after there year. Near the back of complex the business next door can be loud at times in the mornings waking you up while trying to sleep in. Keep in mind that this developer allows smoking in all there complex’s.

Service request are not handled in a timely manner. The portal that was provided to make online payments is inconsistent, monthly payments are made and the apartment complex can't locate the payment in their system. The units are brand new which is the only plus.
