Roach infested, nothing works, poor management

I've been here since 2020 and they just keep increasing the rent while decreasing the quality of living. Nothing works and you have to tell them several times that something needs to be fixed before they send someone out but they never tell you when so it could be a week later someone randomly will be screaming and banging on your door. Then they don't actually fix what's wrong. They replaced my refrigerator with a used refrigerator that was infested with roaches and I can't turn the light on ...
inside of it. They don't change out the air filters and then blame you when the ac system goes bad. They "didn't know" they had to put filters in the water heater system so now I have no water pressure. They took away my ability to get internet from any other company around here and made me use their
