Verysafe, efficient maintenance, great school district
February 19, 2025I am a resident of towncreek for 2 years. I am writing to share my honest feedback about this community. I don't have even a single complaint and am totally happy with the way the maintenance and service requests are taken care. Even at times of snow or major water issues which is widespread in the city, the management has taken care to provide alternate solutions. They are always responsive and prompt. In my apartment I have not seen any roaches or rodents these years- mentioning this as ...usually people read google reviews to know if there is any pest problems. As far as the location is considered, it's a kind of centrally located between lewisville and irving. So, it is easy to access stores and malls in both cities. ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS
August 4, 2022STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! First they made sure we don’t get our keys till 12pm on moving day. We learned the reason for the delay when we finally got the keys. The apartment was infested with roaches. They were literally crawling all over the kitchen and living room. A roach was even laying egg. When we quickly notified the leasing office abt it, they blamed us saying that we brought it from previous apartment. They even lied saying that no one has ever complained about roaches in their ...community. We learned that even the neighbors have the roaches infestation for a long time. When we got proof that this infestation was there before we moved in, they finally agreed. The roaches were even trapped inside the kitchen stove timer. We lost our deposit and other fees because of them. We quickly moved to a roach free community. We went through lots of tension and lost money bec of them. Great home!
October 15, 2020These apartments are amazing because of the staff. Deanna and Joann are pleasant and friendly. The small community here makes me feel very comfortable and safe. Affordable and peaceful complex in a great area.
June 23, 2020We moved to Coppell for the School District. I stayed in this complex for the final year of high school for my son. 1. One of the best management I have ever worked with. Easy to talk with and very responsive for any maintenance calls or complaints. Within two days things were resolved. Thanks Joann. 2. The maintenance staffs were very courteous, responsible, and respectful. Thx Lamont/other person.. sorry forgot the name. 3. Facility is walkable distance to schools and there is a ...nice Lake, Trails, and Andy Brown parks. All around the year, if you have a active life style, this is a great place. 4. The gym is bit small. 3 tread mill, 2 gliders, one Weight machine(butterfly). Considering TX weater, it was ok. You can always step out and walk/run/bike. 5. Never seen any police related incidents in the complex. Very peaceful. Overall this place is a steal for the price in that school district and location. Worst Response of Lease Manager
July 20, 2018Gone here for the inquiry for an apartment to rent but got worse experience with Lease manager at Information Center. They are expecting english in a proper format to ask if that is missed then lot of 'what's and also an opinionated response 'you are question doesn't make any sense' . Lost interest to check further details here, ran away... This kind of response tell how they are about tenants there once lease is signed.Property Manager Responded

Bug infested dumo
January 2, 2018Run! This has been the worst experience. During my first lease here I lived in a small 1 bedroom that didn't really have any issues. Since transferring to my 2 bedroom I've had so many problems. The apartment is filthy. Such bad roach and ant infestation I'm not able to keep food in the apartment. I've woken to bugs crawling on me. I have mold & rotting wood under sink cabinets that have not been addressed. Water damage from leaks that weren't properly fixed. Due to the bug infestation I've ...requested to at least be moved apartments after 4 pest control visits and corporate refuses to work with me in any regard. Management has been cordial but corporate is a nightmare and shows no regard to well being of it's residents. This complex is a health hazard.Property Manager Responded

fake facilities
June 15, 2017The management will show you many facilities which are not really exists once you move in. When we moved in, they said they have two swimming pools. But the one swimming pool is not functioning for more than three months. When we checked the management they have no answer. Affordable and in a great area
August 14, 2015Town Creek Apartments is a great apartment complex is you're looking to live in a nice area, have affordable rent, and be within driving distance of 2 major highways (George Bush Tollway & 121). Any time I've ever interacted with the office staff they've been pleasant and helpful, and the maintenance guys were prompt when I submitted a request to have my A/C looked at. Neighbors are quiet and pleasant which is always a huge plus for me. The only down side is that Town Creek isn't close to any ...popular bars or night hot spots, and the interior apartments are painted this dark taupe.Property Manager Responded

Terribly managed but not bad for your buck
December 18, 2014We lived here for two years. The apartments are low quality but not bad compared to other places. It's just a poorly managed property. They spend money on changing the landscaping at the entrance, but not fixing issues inside the actual apartments. I'm pretty sure the carpet hasn't been replaced in a very long time - they steam it and stretch it after every tenant. The office couldn't care less about any problem or situation. I get they have limits or rule or scripts, whatever. When I take time ...try to call them to resolve a problem, their phones are down or I have to leave a message they respond to days later. However, the maintenance crew is pretty awesome. We were very impressed by them. My biggest complaint is they love to sell leases to apts they won't let you see and the floor plans aren't accurate. Overall, the neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is great. It's in the middle of Coppell. And it's quiet. You get a great bang for your buck if you catch the right days.
