Amazing Apartment Complex.

We recently went to look at a two Bedroom Apartment that would be available around September. We met with Leno and was completely in awe of this complex. It clean, friendly, safe and offers so much for renters. I can see why people don't move out. It is very hard to find an apartment complex with this type of atmosphere. Leno is such a wonderful asset to this Property. He knows everyone that lives there and is so accommodating. This is definitely a special place to live.

It’s been more than 4 years for us living in this beautiful apartment complex in Brookfield and not a single problem we faced here . All thanks to Leno who is a very capable, understanding and helping person who is managing this whole place . I have lived here for a little over 2 years and absolutely love it. The complex itself is great - quiet, friendly neighbors, and the location is close to everything. Leno and Carlos are very accommodating and always quick to respond (even in the middle of the night). I had two different issues with my dishwasher and each time they got it fixed in no time at all. I highly recommend townbrooke commons!

We recently moved into a two bedroom, two bathroom with an office space and have loved every moment! Leno and Carlos are quick to respond if you need something, and the neighbors are friendly. Bonus is that all of our windows are facing the woods for added privacy. An elevator is also available which is very helpful during move-in and when bringing in groceries.

I have lived at Towne Brooke for over 6 years. The property is very well maintained. The pool and pool house are always a plus during the summer. I live in a large one bedroom that faces the woods. I love how spacious the apartment is, the walk-in closet and the fact that the area is very quiet. Leno and Carlos are always very attentive.
