Nice quiet Place

Nice quiet place no complaints about the manager Sandy if you have a problem all you have to do is leave a note in the office mail slot and it will be taken care of. Been doing this for the past 3 years and it’s worked for me... all these other people complaining about not been able to hunt her down its +40 apartments do you really expect her to be sitting in her office all day long attending to ur every need ?!

I see a lot of people have left negative reviews, but honestly I’ve lived here for quiete a while to tell you that the old manager actually was a sweetheart and when he passed he was the one who recomendéd the new manager who is also a sweetheart maybe you saw the bad side of the management because maybe you didn’t follow the rules correctly. If people would actually read the contract and follow rules. The manager will get on you if you do not obey the rules and they don’t joke around which to ...

me that’s a good thing because I like living with calm people not troublemakers or loud People or dirty people. My requests have always been made. I have no complaints where I live I mind my own business and I follow th rules that’s not hard to do, yes they have turn the water off but that was an emergency that something broke downstairs not the managers fault things like that happen so if you can afford to buy a house and deal with all that yourself then go for it, but if your looking to just rent and be in a calm quiet place this would be it.

Don't waste your time ... Turn around and run the opposite direction. Management is so unprofessional it's sickening... Knocking at your door at all hours at night, days without hot water. Just don't do it!

you pay for what you get...rent is cheap. well cause the service is cheap...i use to live here...manager is never home...your better off calling the owner...the maintenance dude..forget it...not all there...the area around there is what your getting...THATS IT...as a former tenant i would have to say i rather spend my money else where....

not to put this place down but i would rather you guys look else where. only if the manager service was there then it would be alright, but manager is hardly around. the maintenance hardly knows his stuff. i use to live here. as a former tenant your paying cheap rent cause your gonna get cheap service. MANAGER is HORRIBLE. man. you better have patience. your only paying for the nice area around this place. also my daughter catches people smoking around here too...what smoke free!!!!!! never had ...

high speed internet access..yea if you have charter or cable service...your better off talking to the owner for your tenant service. good luck
