Three years at TCE
August 3, 2020What first drew my wife and I to the Towne Centre at Englewood was its location and amenities. You can walk to all of the restaurants and the grocery store in town and there is easy access to public transportation. The concierge staff and security guards are genuinely friendly and kind. The Supers of this building are absolutely incredible; they get things done in an efficient way. Our neighbors are nice and respectful—everyone here goes about their day. Management is very courteous and ...responsive; my wife and I were impressed with how quickly they responded to the pandemic and made sure tenants stayed as safe as possible with appropriate guidelines to follow. This is our 3rd year in our apartment and we can’t say enough good things about our experience living here.Property Manager Responded

Amazing apartment in Englewood
July 5, 2020I recently moved into the Towne Centre at Englewood - and so far I've had an extremely pleasant experience. 1. Neighbours are extremely friendly, always willing to say hi 2. Front desk people are very friendly. They are around all the time, so my family never feels unsafe 3. Management is amazing and very accomodating. 4. Maintenance staff are very good, friendly and timely. 5. The apartment itself is roomy and uses high-quality appliances and cabinets. So far, I have not had any complaints and ...I look forward to my time here. Thank you guys!Property Manager Responded
