A place I call home
May 10, 2021I've been a resident for 4 years now and I don't believe I'll get the care or love anywhere else. Example: I had work equipment being delivered via FedEx and I left in delivery instructions to leave on balcony due to being on vacation. Yet I received notice it was at my front door. Best Place To Live in Texas!!
January 28, 2021I am new to Texas and me and my girls love it here. The staff is amazing and so understanding and stays on top of things. Clean community and friendly neighbors. Convenient to schools and plenty food and shopping stores near by. I would say this is one of the best properties Ive lived on in quite some time. I love Town Centre Village and so will you!!! Broken and Bugs
August 27, 2020This place looks alright until you actually get in there and see the real issues. For starters, everything is out dated. My counter from my former place is at least from 1998 and I know that because someone wrote on the bottom of it. Building outside and in are failing apart and not being well maintained at all, literally the siding is rotting away on the buildings. Also be prepared for roaches and other bugs to be in the unit constantly, even if you put a service request in to have it taken care ...of. Leasing agent Mechelle is a nightmare and a liar who will try to manipulate everything so she gets her way. Overall not a good experience and very happy to be out of thereProperty Manager Responded

Towne centre village apartments
February 26, 2018I have lived at Towne Centre Village for about 6 months now. I really love it. It's quiet and comfortable. The amenities are great. I use the workout and laundry facility often. Mechelle and the rest of staff are awesome. Very friendly and professional. The few times I've needed anything from them, they seemed genuinely concerned to make sure I was taken care of. I've recommended to several of my friends. Move in was easy and quick. No surprises. So far a great experience. Can't wait for summer ...and pool activities. CSProperty Manager Responded

It's quiet for an apartment, the neighbors seem nice, and office management seems genuinely interested in residents' needs. I had two very minor issues that needed attention and they were taken care of right away. I researched several apartments on-line and in person before choosing Towne Centre Village. Much Better Than Most!!
August 23, 2015Town Centre Village is a small decent community located conveniently by shopping centers, schools and major freeways. The floor plans are reasonably spacious with fireplaces in the living room area. Hardwood flooring is available is some units. Court yard or pool facing balconies are available as well, which features a storage closet. Full size washer/dryer connections are available and there are laundry rooms located on the property. A community fitness center and internet cafe are offered as ...well. As with any property, you should do your research before you make a commitment. After all, what works for one may not work for another. Overall, as a resident of 3 years, I can say it's a pretty nice place to call homeProperty Manager Responded

Unsatisfied owner
August 17, 2015I have only stayed in my apartment for 7 months and i only had one successful month and that was the prorated month. The only good thing to say about the comple is that they provide free cable. There appliances are useless. only two irons on my stove work, the fridge do not get cold enough to keep my food from spoiling , the freezer does not get cold at all. so every month i am wasting tons of food i have not ate because it spoiled. this situation has been this way since day one. The manager ...Named britney walks in your apartment with no permission to enter. They do not knock at all they just invade your privacy . there is not privacy unless you keep your top lock locked. i am very unhappy with my living condition and i cannot wait til my lease is up. i pay 800$ plus for a one bed room and its a very small apartment the rent changes every month. im just ready for my lease to expire.Property Manager Responded
