I lived here three years. I had to move out because there was toxic black mold coming out of the vents. It was making me nasty sick for weeks & I am in great young health. They want $1000 from me after move out despite cleaning the apt. & it hurt my credit. Beware, the units are old & may be toxic to live in

i like it here, especially as a first apartment for a college student. its relatively quiet but some of the neighbors are not the cleanest with their homes or animals. the staff is nice and its in a really good location too. overall worth it

The first four years were great even though my apartment got flooded three times but they were very caring and concerned. I recently had to go over a month without any hot water because of the hot water heater and it took forever to have it fixed and they just didn't care. My gas bill was so high almost $300 would normally it wasn't even $60 because the gas was running and I didn't even have hot water and it was in the summertime and now I have been stuck with that bill and has been a burden... I ...
always pay my rent on time and I am always trying to do my part keep these apartments at the standard at which I want to live in as far as the community... It's just a shame that they used to care now.... They could care less

I enjoy living here. Is quiet and peaceful ! The only thing that i believe the apartments could improved is on the steps some are breaking and some area in 400 building the concrete is uneven cause an incident when i was taking the trash out
