They are a poorly run company

I am writing this on behalf of my mom. They have lived there for 15 years. They have never had any problems until about 2yrs ago. They have people in the office that are unwilling to help a person that is blind. They moved them out of their apartment and put them in a demo while doing work on theirs. The demo apartment has no air, it has been in the 90s for a while they have been in there for almost a week now. The ladies in the office leave early because they have no air in the office but can ...
let your tenants have no air and not help them. My mom went to the office and asked for help reguarding how to use the new system for paying rent. The lady didn't really want to help her. My mom had a money order for the rent and they told her she couldn't pay with that anymore. So now they charged them a $100 late fee. This place is a poorly run business. They only care about getting money and not taking care of how the place looks or how it is run.

Management there is HORRIBLE I'd advise Noone to try to rent there. Workers never answer the phone they don't never be in office worst place ever. Towne Oaks Apts has the worst service I have ever dealt with in terms of leasing facilities. They are almost NEVER in their office during marked office hours. They DO NOT answer their phone calls during marked office hours. Their maintenance staff does not complete emergency maintenance or do any follow up on emergency issues. I’m going on a week without a working stove and a clogged and leaking sink (which I have tried fixing with using a drain snake to no avail). I would not recommend living ...

I applied and was told I wasn't approved because they are not a "2nd chance property". I owed another complex that had been paid off. Based on the number of Disturbance in Progress calls I see on the LRPD Dispatch log - I'm glad they are not a 2nd chance property.

Did not even get two steps in the door and was yelled by a lady asking for me to wear a mask. Ironically, she was not wearing a mask herself and did not tell me when I called in to schedule an appointment. She told me to reschedule my appointed time because of me not having a mask. It's 2022 and there are vaccines available. I did not even want to tour the apartments because she was so rude and hypocritical. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I moved here a month ago and they still not giving me my mailbox key because the lady that does the keys is never there, they will play with you & tell you to come back and hurry to close the office so when you come back no one is there. They did that twice to me so far. The office is always closed and they will never answer the phone if you called 100 times what a terrible place to stay in. The ac doesn’t go below 85 and they will tell you ...
there’s nothing we can do. They Change management every day, so they can escape from their customers. Neglecting is their first priority. Neighbors walk around with guns not a kid friendly at all. Dirty apartment… dirty carpets… dirty bathroom. I have listed 10 issues so far to come and fix it. Roaches are every where. Ants are everywhere. Wasps are everywhere. Weed is the common smell in here. I would absolutely beg you to think twice before moving in here. I usually don’t give bad reviews so I waited a whole month to see how they gonna respond to my issues but they will never respond to you. Once my lease is over I’m gone.

My area is still quiet after months of living here and my neighbors seem pretty nice. Maintenance upkeep has gotten a lot better too.
