Cheap and just decent
January 31, 2023It always smells outside, like straight sewage. The apartments are decent however the staff is lazy, if you have an issue with anything, maintenance or other, it'll probably take them at least 3 months to fix. The laundry facilities are ok, the machines need to be cleaned more often. Parking is an issue as well and they are not very good with plowing or de-icing in the winter. Expect less than what you see when you tour or visit.Review from Apartments.com
Good Luck With Mail & Parking
May 20, 2021The apartments are ok. Nothing crazy, and they're cheap. Laundry rooms are clean, and the complex itself is quiet. However, if you get any packages that go to the mailroom or need to contact the front desk, good luck. Their hours are supposed to be 9-5, but they'll randomly close during the day, they close early, and pretty often there will be a sign that just says "Closed today come back tomorrow" with no warning. My new apartment sends me an email when I have a package, with Towne Square you ...just have to guess. Parking is also a disaster. I lived there two years and I swear some of the cars never moved. If you try to park past 9PM, you're out of luck. All the spaces will be full and there will be 2-3 other people circling around the complex looking for someone leaving to take their spot. They hand out passes, but no one checks them. After moving to a new apartment I realized how much better they could be doing with these things. July 20, 2015The house where I am renting at is okay but it has a few disadvantages because it has high requirements. It is too expensive to pay for the bills as the income is very low. The laundry machines are furthest away from the apartment.We are new com in USAReview from Apartments.com
