July 26, 2025The start was kind of rough because my apartment A/C was not working. However, they were quick with fixing it. After a few days my car got towed because the parking app was not working for me. I talked to them about it and they handled it. After that, i haven’t have any other inconvenience. However, i have to say maintenance requests take a long time. I’ve been waiting for them to fix several stuff for over a month now. The place is calm, there’s parking, the location is super convenient and I ...really like it here.Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2025Since TAM Residential bought Towne West 3 years ago, so much was so bad with management that I never thought I’d write a positive review. In recent months, the situation has changed for the better. Management now works with residents who work with them. Maintenance is prompt and professional. April 25, 2025So far we’re very happy with our move in experience. The community is quiet, and our space is huge. Everything was so easy to connect. The large utility room with the washer and dryer is a huge convenience. The valet trash pickup is so helpful as well. Parking is not an issue. All the appliances are basically new. We love that the entire apartment is hard flooring. We just hope the pool opens!Property Manager Responded
