Worst place I’ve ever lived. Everything is cheap in the place. Cheap stove cheap carpet cheap refrigerator cheap blinds cheap walls and paint. The management is horrible. You are not allowed bbq grills. Guest parking is outside the gate. My car was towed for parking in guest parking after 7pm where the signs clearly says guest parking 9 to 6. I called management and he says there’s nothing they can do. Bad place to live. Find something else if you can. You can rent a home instead of this crap.

These apartments are marketed as luxury apartments. Far from it. The appliances are cheap. The fridge is very loud. The water is hard, city water. You can't use regular soap to clean off; luxury would mean getting soft water. The are ants every where. If you complain, you are asked why you are leaving food out. Guess parking is nil. Many guests have to park on the street.Fit and finish is below average. Paint was sprayed everywhere, including on the floor. You will be expected to replace light ...
bulbs for which you will need a sixteen foot ladder. After you move, and you have cleaned everything, they will still charge you $120 for cleaning. Considering the high cost and mediocre construction, keep looking. You can get more for less. Rent here is far more than a house payment. We are happy at our new apartment.

very nice town homes when we first moved in. The community is small, and has a small pool, but doesnt get used to much. Guest parking can be issues at times. The town homes on the inside are new build, so most everything is new. They put in cheap applicances, and when they break past warranty, you are expected to pay for it. Grounds are not watered, and since trees and brushes have started to die. The leasing office, you never know when it might or might not be open. Cars speed around the circle ...
here. We still do not have any bar b bqu grills either.
