Premium rent - No amenities / smell of the Garbage dump across the canal when the wind is blowing this direction.
April 24, 2026Started leasing in 2024. April -26 No pool, No dog run, No community center. There is a complete lack of communication with tenants re: status of these items that helped us choose this complex. Having known this would be the case I certainly would have went elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
