DO NOT MOVE HERE!
December 12, 2025DO NOT MOVE HERE. I began living here in August 2025. Since that time Bryten has failed to provide access to their Amazon lockbox for which they charge and have received payments. More INHUMANELY, since November 17, 2025, Bryten has ensured NO HEAT to the rental unit being leased, despite their knowledge that there is a nonfunctioning heating system in the rental unit. Bryten PROHIBITS their maintenance staff from "touching" the nonfunctioning heating system. There is no functioning smoke alarm. ...The kitchen window will not stay open unless it propped up. Most of the repairs in the unit has not been completed since the Aug. 2025 Bryten enjoys and tolerates the discomfort put upon their renters due to their commitment to delay making repairs. Their property maintenance belies their resistance to doing timely repairs. Based on my experience, living here is EXTREMELY uncomfortable, as senior property management and corporate staff show absolutely no regard for renters.Property Manager Responded

We've been actively working to resolve the heating issue since it was reported and have been in regular contact regarding temporary solutions while repairs are completed. Our maintenance team has specific protocols they follow for HVAC systems to ensure repairs are done correctly and safely. We encourage you to continue working directly with our on-site team and have provided multiple channels for escalation if needed. Several of the items mentioned are currently being addressed through our standard maintenance process.

Close to Colleges
February 10, 2023This place is great for roommates because it both bedrooms have a private bath and 2 closets. There is no roam towing, a fitness center, package locker and a nature trail fir my dog!Property Manager Responded

February 2, 2023Overall I enjoy living here I think the leasing office does a great job responding to complaints and they are quick to respond to things that happen. They also added a courtesy office which is great, I have seen them in the evenings and night patrolling the property! Also maintenance team is so friendly. I see them working hard and they are always taking care of the community. Pet Friendly & Off the Beaten Path
January 18, 2023Townhomes at 770 is an affordable, clean, and friendly apartment complex, just minutes from both the Florida State campus, FAMU and the TCC campus. I am a current resident of two years now and have loved my experience here for many reasons. The on-property leasing agents are here to assist with any needs as well as a maintenance team who is just a phone call away. Parking is never and no roam towing!. Look No More
December 19, 2022My roommate and I just moved in, and it has been a great experience so far! The staff is super friendly and really accommodating. We had some issues on move in day with our keys, and Booker came to our rescue. The facilities and complex are clean and well kept, and the location is great.
