Everything is good as the neighborhood is calm and quiet, I’m able to get to the pool, fitness center, and leasing office within walking distance, my apartment is very homey and cozy, etc.

Just terrible, slightly better since the rebrand in terms of maintenance and follow-ups, given a broken gate card knowingly just because they were out of working ones..cheap rent is the only caveat

Great community but the personnel at the leasing are a bit unkind and sometimes nonchalant. However the rent is cheap and there's quite a number of safety measures recently put in place.

Despite reviews which must have been with old management, everything has been ok except minor hiccups. Management and staffs are really nice and handles issues well. The apartment complex is nice and not only should it be kept clean by staffs, residents also needs to put in effort. Overall, so far everything has been well.

My experience has been great so far, I haven’t had problems with anything, and if so, maintenance fixes them right away. The pool is nice and enjoyable and so is the gym.

My son and myself are both disabled. Townhomes at TSC are perfect for us as they are an income restriction as well as student housing. Being that I am older I will say all the younger adults have always been very nice. When we have a problem maintenance has always come promptly and have taken care of what was needed. The staff in the office is always friendly and welcoming.
