Being that I am older I will say all the younger adults have always been very nice. When we have a problem maintenance has always come promptly and have taken care of what was needed. They take forever to handle maintenance requests from stuff I’ve been complaining about since I moved in. And the upping the prices on rent is crazy for what you get, not to mention the iffy prices with utilities that not only have I talked to them about, but their partnering company conserivce as well.
