Very Poor Experience
December 11, 2020
The land is graded toward the building resulting in basement floods. Management is neither friendly nor helpful. The properties are not cleaned before moving in. You are better off renting anywhere else in town.

I personally have had unprofessional and shameful interactions with management. After embarrassing communication with the current leasing manager nothing was solved, but instead excuses were made. Residents should feel secure that maintenance requests or anything pertaining to management of the property would be taken care of promptly and professionally. Unfortunately this company does not know that. After reading hundreds of other reviews that agree with my stance, you would think that ...
management or operations would change. Hunter Bloomington Properties clearly does not care about the satisfaction of their residents or the appearance of their company.
