April 29, 2017Before making my final decision with TownWest, I have been searching for a two bedroom for approximately 3 months. Nothing was holding up to my standards and was overpriced in regards of area and conditions. I contacted TownWest and received a call back immediately. best complex around
February 3, 2017Prior to finding TownWest, I had been apartment searching for an apartment for six weeks. Everything that I've seen ranging from Springfield to Chicopee were overpriced and below standards. Townwest apartments caught my eyes due to location, cleanliness and pricing. My whole leasing process was an ease. I received an approve within 2 business days of applying vs the other landlords no responses. Very professional management company.
