It's unfortunate that the management of this building is so inept because it's otherwise a very lovely complex. Since Bozzuto has taken over, however, there have been nonstop issues. First, they constantly say that they're too busy to answer emails and that speaking to them in person about issues is better. could only do so by check or I could just have the amount deducted from the next month's rent. Not sure what I would have done if I hadn't had extra cash on hand. They use a scam insurance company for renters insurance and surprise you with charges for it without warning. You are forced to use their utilities servicing company and then they pass the monthly charge onto you. When issues with neighbors arise and you present them with video and photographic evidence of damage done by said neighbors, they gaslight you and essentially tell you it's not their problem.
