November 28, 2024Follow the allotted preferences given/chosen when tenant selects them. I chose that I be contacted via phone, because as always there is some form of miscommunication. Now I will possibly be without a light in my downstairs walk way how safe right. The email note I received says that the outside light was fixed and I'm sure pest control will not be out until Friday but they have marked that as complete! Meaning hopefully they will put me on the list to receive that service my thing is if I'm ...paying for outside and inside pest control how are the bugs getting in and why do I have to request service when they do either the outside isn't being controlled or it's just making the pest come inside and hide but I've had low income housing and have not had to deal with pests let alone requesting EVERYTIME for them to provide service and didn't pay for it. The only possibly done correct is that my water is SLIGHTLY hotter now and my guest bathroom.Property Manager Responded
