It definitely took ALOT of hard work.. But now what a positive difference. Do appreciate when the new management people came in and step by step improvement started. I was promptly notified when my request was received and again when it was completed—along with clear details of the work done, all within just a few hours. When I got home, everything was spotless, as if no one had been there. I also want to thank the team for being considerate of pets—my cat, who is usually terrified after visits, greeted me at the door like ...nothing had happened. July 30, 2025They do not Treat major issues the same as minor issues and actually fix them correctly or check back in on tenant to see if the issue is resolved. Amenities are taking away from the community as if it's our job to make all other tenants use them properly. They barely answer phones and emails and office. The apartment we have is also beautiful and very cozy, with plenty of space for two people. We rarely, if ever, hear any noise from adjacent apartments or the apartments below us, which is wonderful. It seems to be a very safe neighborhood, and we enjoy the convenience and proximity to nearby shopping areas that are just a mile or two ...away.
