Tradition is Terrific
September 30, 2023We love the floorplans; lots of windows and private garages. The Staff is great. They are very responsive and respectful. The pool, exercise room and business center are really convenient. They're all kept in tip-top shape. It's a quiet living community yet we've made lots of great friends. November 12, 2020I lucked out by finding the best of convenience of apartment living but with the added benefits you find in a private residence. The staff is extremely responsive and truly cares about the residents. The maintenance is amazing - you will not find a more attentive and responsive crew in town, and I consider all the staff friends. The units are incredibly well-maintained, they are quiet, and everyone in the community is respectful of one another. November 2, 2020Everyone from the front office management to the maintenance team are so friendly and accommodating. I love having my own attached garage and private entrance, it really makes it feel like at home. The amenities are up to date from the fitness center, theater room, community room with games and business center to the clubhouse. I really enjoy the huge fire pit and the relaxing pool with outdoor patio furniture. October 5, 2020I moved back to Omaha 8 years ago having lived many years in NYC and Greece. I moved into the Tradition and consider myself lucky to have found such a gem. The staff are truly wonderful--caring, friendly and efficiently handle every situation that comes up. All repairs are immediately taken care of an in a qualified manner. They are like family. Wonderful property
October 30, 2019I've lived at Tradition for almost 2 years now, and it has been great. The management is always responsive and helpful. Maintenance is fantastic - I've never had a work order that wasn't done within 24 hours. The streets and walks in the complex are always plowed when it snows. My apartment feels like a home...this property is so well maintained and just down right gorgeous with all the trees and flowers. The girls in the office here are absolutely amazing - if you need anything...they are they for you.
