We love the floorplans; lots of windows and private garages. The Staff is great. They are very responsive and respectful. The pool, exercise room and business center are really convenient. They're all kept in tip-top shape. It's a quiet living community yet we've made lots of great friends. Couldn't ask for more.

The Tradition is in a beautiful location with well-kept grounds and friendly neighbors. It has quickly become home to me! My apartment is quiet, secure and up-to-date. I appreciate having my own garage beside my front door. The staff does a remarkable job creating 'community' among the neighbors.

The staff are truly wonderful--caring, friendly and efficiently handle every situation that comes up. All repairs are immediately taken care of an in a qualified manner. They are like family. I've lived at Tradition for almost 2 years now, and it has been great. The management is always responsive and helpful. Maintenance is fantastic - I've never had a work order that wasn't done within 24 hours. The streets and walks in the complex are always plowed when it snows. The community being gated is a nice touch; it keeps out the unwanted solicitors. The population is mostly working professionals, so it stays pretty quiet.

I have never lived in a more welcoming community than The Tradition. My apartment feels like a home...this property is so well maintained and just down right gorgeous with all the trees and flowers. The girls in the office here are absolutely amazing - if you need anything...they are they for you. If Omaha Nebraska is not your home town and you’re feeling a little home sick, come join the family at The Tradition, you won’t be disappointed.
