  • My cat is not allowed to go outside

    Love this place! Beautiful grounds, pristine pool, nice staff, rockstar maintenance team, PET FRIENDLY but not to indoor/outdoor cats. I was NOT told that “Cowboy” would not be allowed to go outside on his kitty adventures unless he was with me and on a leash!!! 3 other people witnessed that I was not informed of this pet regulation policy! I NEVER WOULD HAVE SIGNED A LEASE WITH TRADITIONS!!! My Cowboy is tagged, chipped, ESA, and GPS monitored!!! In the short time I’ve lived here I’ve gotten ...
    numerous PET VIOLATION NOTICES placed on my door threatening EVICTION on top of constant reprimanding text messages. $6,000 to get out of the lease. SEND HELP LOL

  • Won't get your deposit

    We lived in these apartment complex for 3 years and they switched out owners every year. When we moved out they took our entire deposit and charged us an extra $180. We have always paid on time and have cleaned out entire apartment on a regular basis. There were no marks on the walls, and our apartment was always clean. Before moving out they said that we just need to spackle our walls for any bigger holes. Then they charged us an entire apartment painting fee, plus fees for replacing the carpet. ...
    Before moving out they said that some of our deposit would be taken because the carpet will most likely be replaced since we lived there for 3 years, so we were expecting this. They never mentioned that they would have to paint the entire apartment. This is first apartment complex to do this to us. I have never had this experience any where else.

  • Friendly apartments

    The property staff is always very helpful. This is the first apartment that my wife and I have had on the second floor and we love it. Enclosed stairwells so you actually get a chance to see your neighbors and say hi. we all chat with each other now after getting out of the typical apartment comfort zone of just going home and hiding in our separate apartments. It And for being in a 1 bdrm we have quite a bit of space. The price is reasonable, and the complex as a whole is quiet. We are looking ...
    at moving into a 2 or 3 bdrm next year since we now have 2 little children. I also like that aren't too far from any good restaurants or parks.The only downside is parking sometimes is an issue and you might have to park further away from your apartment.
