I’ve lived here for over 2 years and the duplexes are very nice. Any issues are handled immediately by the on site property manager Lynda, she definitely goes the extra mile to make sure things are taken care of to the tenant’s satisfaction. The property recently changed hands and I’m taking a wait and see attitude as to whether the community will continue to be a great place to live.

Lynda is beyond helpful, and is very kind. The place is very homey like, and is kept pretty clean. The other nice thing is the walking trails and creek that are very close.

I recently moved from a smaller duplex to a larger duplex at JCF Residences at Wildcat Creek. I cannot say enough good things about Wildcat Creek...the units are clean, new, very energy efficient, close to work, school, shopping and restaurants. What's not to like, right? However, the best thing about Wildcat Creek is their property manager, Lynda. She takes care of all the residents like we were her family, going above and beyond with her duties. If you are looking for a new and very nice place ...

At the end of January I discovered I needed to find a new place to live...quickly. After looking online for places my budget could afford in the Kokomo area, I found JCF Residences at Wildcat Creek. I sent an email and within a few hours, I heard back from the property manager. She offered to give me a tour of some of the residences later that afternoon (worth noting, this was technically on her day off, and she still contacted me and extended the invitation). When I arrived the property manager ...
gave me a brief but very informative description of the Wildcat Creek and the residences, then we toured 5 different units. I was impressed with everything she showed me and I knew I didn't need to look any further for where I wanted to live. The property manager started the paperwork for me immediately and told me what was required from me (renter's insurance and the electricity bill to be in my name) before the paperwork could be completed. Everything went smoothly and I could not be happier with my new 'home', JCF Residences and my awesome property manager :)
