April 27, 2024I think Trails at Bethabara is a great place to live I enjoy the office staff and maintenance workers working hard to keep this resident in great condition. Awesome Staff!
May 28, 2019I would highly recommended this apartment complex. I have lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed it. Courtney in the office is awesome. All the staff is friendly & helpful. Most maintenance issues are resolved within 24 hours. The pool is rarely crowded & the exercise room is open after hours. Occasionally, there will be a loud neighbor outside but it isn't often. I only have 2 complaints about my apartment. One is that my appliances are old even though the apartment has been updated. And ...the second is that I can smell the cigarette smoke from my neighbor's apartment through the vents. I do like that whoever designed the layout of the apartment used every inch of space efficiently.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

They are mediocre
January 10, 2019You may want to consider renting somewhere else. I lived here for 6 years. These apartments are not updated nor insulated well. The heating is different in different rooms. The appliances are old and the cabinets are wooden. I had mice and roaches in my apartment and they didn't really do much of anything about it. I'm not talking 1 or two mice. I saw 9 total. Because of the woods, I saw roaches (the big ones) quite often. I had to apply to another apartment complex before they did anything about ...it. The maintenance men were great. The leasing managers however, have no sense of urgency about anything and they forget things all the time. And the work-out room is not really a workout room. November 15, 2017I have been living at the The Trails for a year now and I absolutely love it here! The office staff and maintenance guys are wonderful! Anytime I have a maintenance problem it is taken care of the same day. The girls in the office are very knowledgeable and are super friendly! The manager doesn't put up with any junk either. AMAZING
November 15, 2017I have lived here for almost 2 years and this is my FAVORITE apartment. I do not plan on moving any time soon. Maintenance is always quick and amazing, the property looks spectacular and the office staff are just so welcoming. My husband and myself LOVE the monthly resident events that the office plans. I have lived in many other apartments and this is definitely more of my home than any place else. I'm not sure why there are bad past reviews about management because I have never had an issue ...with any of them. You DEFINITELY want to live here!!!!Property Manager Responded

OVERPRICED AND CHEAP
August 6, 2017The mgr. is somewhat new to the property; and showed a recently 'refurbished' unit, meaning the company believes a coat of paint and texture coating an old sink is an update. The cabinets are dated ( old ) and the entrance is about as charming as a machine shop storage locker. Nicer area, but in need of cabinets and counter tops. TOO Expensive for the amount of rent. AND.. the mgrs. enjoy slamming residents.. big time. !Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2015The trails apartments are a good middle ground for those not wanting to go broke for rent but also not wanting to live in trashy apartments.
