Terrible Service and Bug Infestation
September 4, 2024I regret moving into this apartment. The service here is absolutely the worst I've ever encountered. If you have a service request or even a simple question, don't expect them to answer your calls—because they won't. It's like they don;t care about you once you sign the lease. Also, the apartment is infested with cockroaches and bugs that keep coming up from the sink. No matter what I do, they keep appearing, making it impossible to feel comfortable or clean in my own home. It's truly a nightmare ...living here. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you're considering this place.Property Manager Responded

They steal your money ..
April 10, 2020They stole you deposit when you moved out with a lots of excuses and fees they keep the deposit even if you left the apartment very clean you can’t do nothing about it. So sad Ladrones.Property Manager Responded

A place to call home!
December 31, 2018The Trails at Corinthian Creek is a fabulous place to live. The office staff is the friendliest group of ladies I've ever encountered. They're always smiling and so helpful. The times I had to put in a request for maintenance, like when I clogged up my garbage disposal or locked myself out of my apartment, lol...my issues were addressed quickly. The time my A/C acted up, maintenance had it fixed before I got home from work. Another thing I really like is the valet trash service, It's so ...convenient. There are so many other things that made my stay great! Like a clean swimming pool on a hot summer day. A quiet place to come home to after a long day at work, and the feeling of being safe and secure. I really like the police patrolling the property especially at night. Not Good Experience So Far
November 2, 20181) Mosquito all around especially in evening. No matter how many times they spray or how clean I keep my apartment 2) Entry gate is always open since last 2 months due to maintenance!! Anybody can come and go. Lot of sales guys put add on my front door!! 3) Lot of outside contractor always working and there is always risk of that people to watch on your apartment if you are on first floor 4) Breaking is happen to my apartment even my apartment was very center of community and pool side apartment. ...Fixed up broken door after one week!! 5) After breaking my apartment, in next few day my neighbor bike is stolen from lobby. 6) Notice that small incident happen many time and police to come look around. 7) No any single camera installed on entry or exit gate either in community 8) To complete your service request is horrible. Need to take lot of and lot of follow up. 9) Terri (Current community manager) she generally notes your all points when you request for maintenance but then you have to take many times follow up to finish!! 10) There are many trees in community which is very good but they do not cut the trees where main street light focus and so in night it is difficult to walk in dark with risk 11) Some drunk people drive crazy in night!! Be careful while parking or driving inside community 12) Maintenance does a prompt job of looking at issues with appliances, fixtures, etc, however, appliances are very old so it needs maintenance 13) This is my personal experience so far…and heard same other issues with neighbor I hope they can improve better.!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I love living here
June 25, 2018I looked at a lot of apartments before selecting these. The women at the front office make my stay here very enjoyable and are always doing things to improve the living situations here. It's a safe, gated community, to which the Jersey Village police patrol often making it problem free in terms of theft. I haven't had any issues living here and I would recommend these apartments to anyone that asked. Have had no issues with noise late in evening as last property I was at.
