This Property is Excellent
April 24, 2021I have been trying to rent an apartment here, but they don't have anything available to move in soon on 3 bedrooms, and I believe it, their customer service is amazing the two ladies at the front are so nice that you don't want to leave the office. My 3 years at TEP
March 27, 2020Wow, what can I say about my 3 years of tenancy at the trails? I’ve never been greeted without a smile by any of their wonderful staff. Melissa and Lucia are both kind & always ready to help. Maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly & I’ve always felt safe and informed living on this property. The gym is top notch (so much so that I cancelled my gym membership) & the beautiful pools have been the setting of many fantastic impromptu photoshoots. Although it was time for me to move ...on to a bigger place, I will always look back fondly on my time at TEP.Property Manager Responded

Very nice apartments, Minor issues
February 12, 2019Our experience at Trails at Eldridge Parkway has been very positive overall. The staff is friendly, the complex just went through a renovation and is kept fairly clean. All the buildings are freshly painted, walkways have been power washed and all lights are now functioning (a few were out when we first moved in 10 months ago). The staff is very friendly and happy to answer questions every time I have called or visited the office. In our time here we have only had two issues, which is why I am ...not giving 5 stars as I never experienced this in my previous apartments. 1. About 3 or 4 months after move in they could not find a package for me that was in their office. Online said it was delivered, I even received an e-mail from the office saying it was there, but when I went to pick it up they said it was not there. Not only that, the person that was looking for it, looked for a little bit, said it wasn't there and I showed her the email saying delivered and she just repeated it's not there and went back to her conversation with another staff member while I was just standing there. After a while she noticed me and asked "was there anything else?" and I repeated I was looking for my package. It was found eventually, but the poor dismissive service at time stuck with me. 2. At one point we had an issue with our refrigerator. It was barely cooling and nowhere near as cold as it should have been. I put in a ticket online, and after not hearing back for a day I called. The person I spoke to at first said she didn't see the ticket, then she said she found it and they would send someone out. Another day goes by and nothing so I called again. The person I spoke to that time said they had no record of me putting in a ticket or calling and that they would send someone out, at which point they did the same day. Other than those two issues listed above we have received great response time in other instances regarding both packages and maintenance tickets. Our issues are usually resolved within a day. Great Apartments
January 30, 2018I am currently on my second lease with this apartment complex. I finished my first and received all but my mom refundable deposit back. As I have had issues in the past with apartment complexes keeping my deposit and charging this was a nice surprise. They also granted me an extra day past my last when I had emergencies at work preventing me from getting fully moved out. The management staff is great, often remembering you by name and greeting you when you see them. They are quiet apartments for ...the most part. Have only had a few noise issues when living by the pool, but they were handled quickly. On my second lease here and still loving it. Not Secure
November 9, 2016I've lived here less than 2 weeks and my motorcycle was stolen from right in front of my door. Went to management to inquire on any surveillance, towing information, or any help. They got defensive saying "it could have been stolen at Walmart" , and "we don't advertise them as security gates, they're entrance gates". Were hesitant to provide me any useful contact information for their towing so I could check if it got towed. I only received a number to a private dispatch that knew absolutely ...nothing about what got towed or where it went. Any other place I've stayed at would offer help with locating it if they could or send out an email to the current residents notifying them of the motorcycle, but no such thing here. Forget your security deposit
September 13, 2016This company is the epitome of he word schyster. They will do and charge any crazy charge to not return your security deposit. Also, as far as tenant complaints, yes they do take care of maintenance but they also do not care about effectively security the pool areas from outsiders and noisy neighbors. During the summer months, you will be kept up till early in the morning with people screaming and yelling in the pool area. When complaints were brought to management, it was never dealt with ...for any period of time. I left after living there close to four years and I can honestly say that they are totally indifferent and not understanding when it comes to any issues that arise. These people are all about what they can get and how to dig as much as they can out of you. I paid someone to clean the apartment and there were maybe a couple of things that could have been done better but considering that was my second apartment that I had moved out of, from that complex, they still dinged me for 85 dollars for issues that would have taken around 20-30 minutes to address. Anyway, such is greed in the real estate world. Lastly, the person in their office downtown had the audacity to lie and say that the apartment was in atrocious condition. Yes, I am sure you drove 30 miles to view an apartment. Anyway, it was an absolute lie but I expect nothing less. Great experience thus far
August 15, 2015After being here at the Trails at Eldridge Parkway I can say I am satisfied with my experience here so far. The appearance of the apartment from the outside is very good. The grounds of the apartment are well kept. There is weekly maintanence of the property grounds. Both pools were just resurfaced and are well kept and are very nice. The pool is open till 10pm. They also do pest control and I haven't had any pest problems in the last 6 months. If you get an apartment with a balcony it is very ...spacious and you are allowed to barbecue which is great. Parking is not assigned but there is sufficient parking. The apartment where I live is pretty quiet. Not much noise or disturbance. If there is any disturbance and you report it the office is very quick to get it resolved before it escalates. The apartment staff is friendly and the are very quick to help you. Happy living
August 8, 2015Ive be been living at the trails for a over a year now and I love it! Of course we all have our occasional bad days at the places we live like the speed of a maintenance request handled but over all I have no problems! I live on the first floor and it's the quietest apartment I've Been in!!!!
