For example, my dryer vent fell from the ceiling due to improper installation. On top of that, I was unfairly charged for the damage, along with other questionable ‘cleaning’ fees deducted from my security deposit when I moved out.

Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in an appropriate amount of time and maintenance issues are resolved with great efficiency. This means a great deal to me since the management company in my previous building did the absolutely nothing for the tenants and maintenance was non existent. The apartments are beautiful and I am so glad that I made the move.
