Very Unprofessional Office
June 30, 2025The apartment complex is fine, but the office is shady. They did a raffle for people to write good reviews. They have changed the name on Google multiple times to remove negative reviews. The office doesn't properly forward mail to your following address and will not return a call after a month of trying to track down a package. There are people always going through the trash. Also people do not take care of their pets so at times losts of barking and walking around poop.Property Manager Responded

Strongly consider a different community
November 2, 2023Trails at Canyon Crest has been a lovely place to live for the last two years. The nature preserve is beautiful, and it is close to shopping and groceries. The apartments are well appointed, with nice laminate floors and a great pool/gym area. However, we have two items that we feel we must warn prospective tenants. First, we had several items stolen from our garage during our stay, including some valuable hiking gear. These areas are poorly secured, and strangers often roam around in the AM and ...evening. Second, the lease termination fee really soured our experience. We understand it is part of the contract, but two months rent penalty for breaking the lease is usurious! It is out of all proportion to any other place that we have lived in Southern California. After two years in this community, to be expected to pay thousands of dollars in termination fees is unacceptable. Lots of Dog poo.
January 31, 2021If you choose to live here expect to see lots of dog poo and cigarette butts. The complex offers bags for dog poo and depositories too. Apparently, only some tenants clean up after their dogs and there is dog poo everywhere. You have to sign acknowledging it is a smoke-free complex but there are cigarette butts all over too. On top of that, there is not enough parking. A lot of downsides in my opinion.Review from Apartments.com
