Littering
August 25, 2025This apartment is so dirty because people are littering cigarettes buds everywhere. I asked the leasing office to do something to fix this problem. I sent them several emails and even talked to office manager but never received a response back and nothing happened. If you like clean environment don’t lease this apartment! New Resident - Very Pleased
November 10, 2022So far, one week in, I am very pleased. I moved long distance and it was so helpful to be able to do so much of the application process with online access and uploads. The staff was so encouraging and informative for my family here local who had first come to look at it. Upon my arrival, Asst Mger Tammy has been so good to keep the settling in process going along. Office Pro Antonella was ready when I arrived with paperwork prepared and answers ready to my questions. Both were and continue to be ...professional and personable. I did have some minor tasks for maintenance I found had been missed, and they were quick to address them (nice work Luis! even working around my cat!). Place seems organized, cares about their residents...and it made a big impression on me that many of the staff live here themselves. What I saw on Apartment.com seems to be how it is. Like I say I'm only week in, but no regrets!Property Manager Responded

Moving Away
July 19, 2021Looks are deceiving. Office staff are RUDE and Inconsiderate. The apartments themselves are thin walled, Roach invested and you literally can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and I mean EVERYTHING ! Staff and maintenance have failed to keep the area around the apartment complex clean, especially the trash bends. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a piece of mind.Review from Apartments.com

Love it here!!!
August 15, 2019I LOVE living at Trails at Creekside. Could not ask for a better location or apartment. I noticed a couple recent bad reviews and I bet these people don't pay there rent or something. Richard and the workers are amazing and always greet me and my family with a smile. They did a pool party last week and the kids loved it. The pool is always sparkling and the workers are always zipping around picking up whatever. Thank you Richard, Miranda, Aaron and Justin Yall are amazing.Review from Apartments.com

August 15, 2019Moved in recently and we love the Trails. Tee staff is friendly and takes care of all our needs. The manager Richard even hosted a pool party last week and cooked hot dogs for everyone and it was super hot out that day. The apartment is beautiful and really close to Shops at Legacy! Very Nice apartments
March 22, 2019I liked living at the Trails The apartments are very nice and new. Comes with stainless appliances and a washer/ dryer which is convenient. I had a garage that wasn't attached but close to the apartment. Its close to Shops at Legacy without the price. I highly recommend.Property Manager Responded
