  • Beautiful place to call home

    I really love this property because it's really nice, especially for the price. I like that the staff is very attentive. The assistant manager Cordelia is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and she makes sure things get done. I would recommend this place to live if you want a stress free experience.

  • Worst Apartment Complex

    TLH is by far the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in. The employees, management, and RAAMCO corporate office do not care about their residents. We were residents of this community for roughly two years and can without a doubt say this complex failed to enforce community guidelines and provide a safe and enjoyable living environment for my family. The employees cater to tenants who violate their lease while making empty promises of resolution to respectful residents. Management and ...
    RAAMCO have no interest in properly accommodating residents who have been wronged and failed. It is nearly impossible to get a returned phone call and email from the Regional Manager and Corporate office regarding a serious matter that has been neglected by on site employees and management. After weeks of attempting to speak with someone from Corporate, we finally received an emailed response from the Regional Manager that was political and completely dismissive and careless to our situation. The lack of empathy and measures taken from TLH Management and RAAMCO is absurd. This corporation and complex have no standards and no intention of being honorable to the people renting from them. During our time here, consequences were never enforced to the tenant disrupting peace in our home and Management never accommodated us for our ongoing complaint. TLH Management and RAAMCO are a joke. Do yourself a favor and choose a different apartment complex and be careful who you rent from. We hated our time here. TLH and RAAMCO are not worth your time and money. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

  • Not worth your time

    Beautiful property and reasonably priced. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say. The office lacks communication. We were showed a 2bd 2bath with a sunroom which we loved. We applied, got the money order for app and fees then get a call, they "accidently" showed it to us but it was already under lease before we were even showed the apartment. Then we were told we could be put on a wait list incase anything opens up..... If you need to move, do you have time to "wait on a wait ...
    list"... No. Then they said they MIGHT have another 2bd but a smaller floorplan so we would be settling for a smaller apartment because of their lack of communication. When I called to move forward on the smaller one, they said it too was leased already ( again, it was leased BEFORE being told it was available) I don't know how hard it is to keep track of what units you have and don't. ALSO apartments.com has a "move in special" listed for them " no deposit with approved credit". When I asked if we qualify for this, the lady acted like she had no idea and said they had no such deals. I emailed a screenshot of the promotion and was told they would " go ahead and honor it" UMMM OKAY? Why would you have it on there if you were not planning on honoring it?

  • Terrible Place to call Home!

    New Investment company( ValGroup)took over April 2018 and the original staff has departed. They were there for a few more weeks to let the new incoming staff get adjusted. When tenants received this news, we were really disappointed and sad and said our goodbyes to the original staff. One star for the original maintenance personnel. They do an excellent job and leave a note when the job or task is complete. We have a whole new staff and their #1 goal is to get all the Units occupied. Number #2 ...
    goal is to collect the rent by giving you and eviction notice on the 2nd day on your door, and make ValGroup and their investors very happy! As far as tenants, not a priority at this time. Neighbors I knew have moved out and others are preparing to move out. When I started seeing moving companies on regular basis, especially on the weekends. We were getting worried. The office staff loves taking long lunch breaks while leaving the front office wide open. Tenants packages are in the middle room and access is very easy for anybody to grab. Me and another tenant waited about 20 minutes before a staff member came inside after showing Units to possible new tenants. Other will give their positive reviews, so be it, they just been lucky or blessed that they have not encountered any issues. I have observed quite a few lease violations that Management is not upholding or enforcing. While other tenants and us abide by the lease rules, and we are the ones suffering the noisy, rude neighbors who cannot control their kids. I do not believe in that common excuse that "kids will be kids", because they are lacking home training and not learning respectful manners. The neighbors in question shows clear signs that they do not respect the property which is only about 2 1/2 years old. The repeatedly leave fast-food trash on the walkway, stairwells and parking lots. Furthermore, they now are so lazy they are disposing used diapers in the parking lot right before they drive off. We are so fed up of the disrespect from rude, lacking manners, neighbors! It was very nice and quiet last year in 2018, and now it has disappeared. Good luck to us all!

  • Great place to call HOME!

    I love this community! I have lived at a couple other communities and this by far has exceeded my expectations! From the amenities they offer and customer service you get from the front office they make you feel like family. If you have questions they don't make you feel like you are a bother. The apartment is super nice inside and very updated. The grounds are always kept nice and clean and the landscape always maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice living without ...

    I have lived here since they opened about three years ago. A great place to call home. I love everything about the community. The office staff is awesome. They are very helpful in solving any problems that might arise. Also the maintenance crew are the best I've ever seen. I also feel very safe here. Being a widower and living alone this means a lot to me.
