I have been here for one year. It’s a quiet area. My neighbors are balcony/porch clean as I am. We all get along and we look out for each other. The office staff is great. I have no problems reaching them or maintenance. The small minor maintenance problems I did have where taken care of quickly. It’s not a run down place, they do take pride in their property, it’s people that rent that has no pride in their own place Of stay. When I moved in a year ago as it looked then, it still looks the ...

I recently applied for these apartments. I paid the application and reservation fee to move in October 2020. I have not been able to reach management about the status of my application. It’s been almost 2 weeks. It doesn’t take that long to either approve or deny someone. I drove by the apartment complex to check them out and already I see poor foundation, amenities are not up to part, pool area is horrible and poorly kept. I also had the pleasure of speaking to a few residence and they have ...
informed me that this place is absolutely horrible. They have water issues, roofing issues, mold and the management staff can not afford to fix anything (hence the pool area). I know the application fee is non-refundable, but I want my $100 reservation fee back ASAP or there will be a lawsuit. The photos and information online is very misleading and I refuse to stay here. If I could rate this place ZERO stars, I would because they don’t even deserve that ONE star.

Dirty, Unsafe, Terrible Management

Lived here for nearly a year. From the day I moved in, this place has been on a downward slide that has turned it from a good, cheap option to an unsafe, dirty and terrible option for anyone. Drug dealers and sketchy people make up at least 30% of the residents. The rest are good people but get tortured by the drug dealers destroying the complex and bringing junkies through. It's disgusting to look around and see dog dropping all over the lawn, literally anywhere near a sidewalk has some dog ...
poop on it. The management are LIARS and SCAMMERS and are impossible to reach, shady in dealings and make up nonsense to milk you for every penny. Don't live here, the price isn't worth the headaches and the awfulness of this place.

The complex may be slightly older, it is in excellent condition. The one bedrooms have an nice floor plan with large bedroom and large walk in closet. I only wish the bathroom was a little roomier. I moved into a very clean unit with new carpet. The office staff was always nice and accommodating. It is extremely close to everything you'd need on country line. This place is like ah hidden gem in the area. I would recommend. Just wish they were a little more updated.

I have a one bedroom facing county line road. It's not bad sized for the price at all. About average. Huge walkin closet (especially for one tennant).There is a slow leak in my bathtub faucet that's been there since I've moved in 5 months ago. Despite multiple calls, and maintenance coming to check it out, it is still there. However, water is covered in rent so it's not hurting my pocket. Other maintenance requests have been tended to quickly.

demographic and mostly quite quiet and problem free, and the staff is friendly.
The pool is nice, small sized and not to deep and never over crowded. The laundry facilities are coin op and work well and they use effeciency machines.
My only real issue is the blinds covering my patio doors, which face the parking lot, are off center by about 6 inches, which is just lazy work by whoever put it together, so even when my blinds and doors are closed there's still a 6 inch direct view inside. I think this problem is unique to my apartment. Aside from that, I think this is a nice place to live.
