I have been living in Houston for 13 years and this is, by far, the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartments are beautiful, most of them don’t have carpets and the appliances and hardware in general look very modern and new. The landscape and the complex in general is super clean, safe, and well maintained. Allyn made the process of selecting and doing the paperwork for the unit very easy. We actually had to have a repair in our bathroom that was going to take a couple of days and the complex, with the help of Laura, facilitated the keys of a vacant unit so we can have a shower while the repair was going on in our unit. I was fearful from moving from a house to an apt - however, the staff (Laura & Luke) helped me transition and it was an excellent experience. From the helpful friendly staff, to the amazing grounds and flexibility, it has been awesome. My place is clean and bright - I have two dogs and this place is very dog friendly with plenty of places to walk and lots of dog dispenser to keep the property clean.

Great management staff and security. For a massive complex it is spread out and organized enough that it doesn't feel like a hive. The park in the center of the back lot is my favorite part as it feels so open and encourages a community atmosphere. The Trails at Rock Creek feels more like a home than a landing pad at the end of the day.

I have lived at Trails of Rock Creek for close to 10 years in 3 different apartments. Moved away once for several years but was unhappy with other apartment complexes. So, moved back here as feels like home. The fact that same Manager and Assistant Manager have been here for years really means a lot. The complex lived in before, changed managers every 6 months or so it seemed.
