Avoid it
May 16, 2023The management team has lost its sense of timing (responsiveness? )and organization. You always have to make a request several times to be heard and for concrete action to be taken. In addition, you have to constantly argue and negotiate just to be taken care of as a reasonable tenant within your rights. They also have no sense of priorities. Rather than putting money into new paint in the garage it would have been better to have put money into the security which really leaves a lot to be ...desired (theft, speeding in the garage, no respect for reserved spaces, etc. ) I had my vehicle stolen twice in their garage! There was a time when this residence was very pleasant to live in, but with this new management team it has become hell. It seems like the only important point for them is making money without any consideration for the residents. After years of being happy in this residence I couldn't stay longer with this new team and I decided to leave. So I don't recommend renting at this property at all.Property Manager Responded
