(1) The apartment is poorly insulated so you hear everything going on outside and in neighboring apartment units. (2) The parking situation is a joke. You don't get a spot near your unit. (3) There's no sidewalk on property, and you have to walk through the landscaped area to exit by foot. (4) you can't let people on to the property unless you use a finicky, close-proximity bluetooth app. (5) there's no place for delivery people to park while you hike to the parking entrance.
