The apartments themselves are beautiful, well-equipped, in a great location, and affordably-priced. I wish the communication from management were more proactive and consistent. I worry about whether they'll be responsive if I need maintenance, for example.

I’ve lived in the same unit for over four years. and my experience has declined sharply. Despite my loyalty, I’m paying more than new tenants in similar units without improved service. Safety has also become a serious concern. I’ve fallen multiple times at the dog park due to uneven, poorly maintained ground, resulting in hip fractures that have impacted my well-being. The park is often left unsanitary with little enforcement around pet waste. The most painful part is the feeling of being ...
treated differently because of my authenticity. As someone who values transparency and direct communication, I’ve experienced dismissiveness and a lack of respect from management that feels discriminatory. I’ve tried to advocate for myself and for improvements, but my concerns have often been brushed aside. Trailwood Crossing has potential. But without accountability, empathy, and a commitment to fair treatment, it’s hard to recommend this community to others.

Communication with the office staff is a constant source of frustration; getting a timely or clear response is rare. The mail room lacks integrity and security, which can lead to packages being lost or stolen. Move in was great and easy. Put in a few maintainance requests for fan (which is loose), shower (low pressure), and dryer (which needs more cycles than normal to dry). We also saw a roach so put in a pest control request. But otherwise love the space, and has been great so far!

I’ve been living at this property for several months now, and overall, my experience has been good. The rent is reasonably priced compared to other places in the area, and I feel like I’m getting decent value for what I’m paying. The apartment is clean and in fairly good condition. Basic amenities like heating, water, and appliances work well and haven’t given me any major issues. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, with stores and public transportation nearby, which is very ...
convenient. The landlord or property manager is generally responsive and easy to get in touch with whenever there’s a concern or maintenance issue. Repairs have been handled in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. Of course, there’s always room for improvement — for example, updating some of the older fixtures or improving insulation — but nothing that’s been a major problem. Overall, I’m satisfied with my rental experience so far.
