Been living here for 6 years now and so far the community is friending and safe. I do believe the pool should be cleaned more often as well as the trash (on the ground) inside the pool area.

Great complex, haven’t met a lot of people. But the people I have met are really nice. Maintenance could be better, I’m still having issues with my freezer. Overall experience with complex 8/10.

There is virtually no parking. Can’t ever have visitors because there is nowhere for them to park. The grass by my parking is spotty and muddy when it rains. I never use the valet trash, but still have to pay for it. The clubhouse is only accessible during business hours.

I have lived here since 2018. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The floor plans are spacious with granite counters and high ceilings. Great place to call home!

I believe the pool area could be much cleaner with the trash (not talking the trash cans) and toys picked up everyday. And at times, the men's RR is pretty dirty on the weekends (starting on Friday)
