Terrible management
January 25, 2025I have lived at Tree top for 3 years and it has always been a decent place to live up until this last year with the change in uneducated, untrained office management and her lack of respect for tenants or the living community. We constantly receive letters that a child must have created attached to our doors with personal information regarding an outstanding balance of even a single dollar, made up rules or even worse lease renewals with all of your personal information unsecured, we are asked to ...sign the lease renewal and drop it off at the office drop box because the “office manager” is either never in office or will not allow anyone in the office when she’s there and you can clearly see her sitting at the desk anyone with common sense and basic knowledge would know this is illegal. When you try to call the office with questions or concerns they will absolutely not answer or return your call or emails. I have only had 2 face to face interactions with said “office manager” in the last 3 months and both times she was very unprofessional, rude and highly disrespectful! The most recent interaction I seen that tree top was running a move in special and I was trying to refer someone looking to rent an apartment she acted as if she was disgusted and asked me why anyone would want to rent at tree top we have a better community at Wyndtree town homes. Due to these unprofessional interactions and her response regarding the place i currently call home I will be moving as soon as my lease ends and would highly recommend anyone not live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
