Apartments have newer heating and cooling, as well as new flooring, and appliances. Apartments are neat, clean, and good value for what you pay in rent. The management is good, very accommodating. The maintenance has not been ideal, but the management does their best to provide the best service. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good layout. The area is nice as well
