    Brian’s emails can be quite sassy at times but totally warranted, is it weird I secretly love them ?. On a serious note though, the property is pretty calm and quiet, the units are nice and management has been more than accommodating. Their rent is on the higher side,but as long as they respect tenants by not raising rates like crazy this is a nice place to settle in. Their rental portal is very convenient and maintenance is very prompt and courteous if/ when requested.
