I would just like to say that my experience here at Trenton has been very pleasant, from the very first day moving in to the day of moving out which was about 4 years. The property manager Jamie has always been professional, communicative, respectful, attentive, responsible, kind, and very much understanding. There was never a time that she did not go out of her way to accommodate my needs or concerns. I love that she always speaks to everyone, and returned calls. I have highly recommended ...
Trenton to others and would do it again anytime, because it was always so quiet and peaceful, I've never felt unsafe, disrespected, or disregarded and that's what truly made it feel like home for me. Thanks again to the property manager Jamie and her team for making my stay there great and the only reason for my move is because I can't physically handle the stairs anymore due to medical issues, otherwise I would still be there.

Inspected the building/apartment and the conditions were horrible. The building itself seems to have not been cleaned for a very long time. The apartment was not cleaned after previous tenant moved out, and many of the appliances and structures (floors, cupboards, doorframes, windows/window sills, closet shelves/doors, walls) were either filthy, damaged, or both. The walls were not repainted after previous tenant moved out, and while new carpet had been claimed to be placed into the suite, the ...
padding was old/had not been changed, plus there were holes and cracks within the foundation hidden under the carpeting. Unacceptable and will be further discussing this with the property manager.

We're surprised to hear that the apartment was filthy, as it had been completely cleaned out and the the carpet (including padding) was replaced. We strive to clean and maintain all our units in a manner that we'd like to live in. If you felt the need to pull up the brand new carpets to inspect the new padding and foundation, it sounds like there are some misunderstandings about what we provide. Has gone downhill

Was fine two years ago, but now there’s always trash littered in the parking lot, bugs have invaded the main halls and entrance and I? couldn’t keep them out of my apartment, and tenants come and go monthly. Maintenance would come when requested but didn’t actually fix the problems. Kitchen is very outdated, carpets and cabinets are ancient. Can hear the train and ambulance like they are in your living room.
