Era un lugar tranquilo
June 20, 2022Pero ahora desde hace unos 2 meses para acá hay gente que es demasiado ruidosa, en la alberca hay música, muy fuerte qué se escucha en todos lo departamentos de alrrededor y hasta muy tarde, y gente que no vive aquí hay fiesta con muchas más gente de la permitida por departamento, no respetan las reglas, hay gente tomando alcohol en las albercas y si uno quiere ir esta muy lleno. Good for the price (for now)
October 5, 2015I've been living here for a few months now. The property was great at first but my apartment is close to the street so it's a bit noisy and very dusty. I have to use a swifter every week or else everything will be covered in dust. The amenities are great if you're into tennis, volleyball or swimming. The staff is very nice and attends to your needs. The property is a bit older and it shows but the maintenance staff will respond quickly if there are any issues. Parking for visitors haven't really ...been a challenge as there are a certain amount of guest passes per day and I usually never had an issue obtaining a pass. Most utilities are "included" but I hear from other residents that they will begin charging $30 for water, trash, sewer and gas.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love My Studio
September 30, 2015I love my studio! It is perfect for a single person just getting out of college. The rent is fair for the area, a bonus is that they pay all utilities except for electricity which is hard to find out here. It is on a pretty busy street but it is nothing too serious. The ladies in the office are all nice and helpful. They will help take care of any issues you run into. I just wish there was a gym here, but there are tennis courts and a beach volleyball area by the sparkling pool. Nice and Quiet Place to Live
September 4, 2015I was going to give this a 5 star because it was affordable, but after a year they raised the rent by $80 and cut out the commonly free utilities, gas, water, and trash, and charged an additional $30/month. That's $110 increase after a year. The neighbors said they've never increased rent by this much before until now. Having said that, this was a very nice place to live. Very quiet and a lot of amenities. The staff are very friendly and they often offer food (pizza, ice cream, etc.) for the ...neighbors to get a chance to mingle and get to know each other. Tres Vidas Apartment
August 14, 2015This is one of the best apartments I've lived in over the years by far. The complex has many amenities like a pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts,volley ball sand court ping pong & pool tables. The staff is very nice and helpful and the maintenance crew is always repairing what needs fixing.
