It's a great place!
March 14, 2016
Treybrooke is a great place to live. The staff and maintenance and security personnel are all responsive, friendly and inviting. Tenants are very busy and so it's true that socialization is limited BUT they are all busy in a great way: think, med-school! I enjoy a two-bedroom and I only wish I had not spoiled myself so well to treat the guestroom like my storage space. Oops! I will always appreciate living here.

A great place to live!

I have lived at Treybrooke for about seven months now. I really like living here. The staff is very helpful and kind. I love that there is always someone outside being active. There is a ton of space for people to run, play soccer, and walk their dogs. I feel safe here, and that's really important to me! The only downside is that my closet isn't very big, but with two bedrooms, I just use the other closet as well! Overall, I really like it here, and I am glad I chose this place as my home.

Treybrooke is alright for me

Treybrooke apartments is a pretty good place. I've lived here for about 8 months. When I moved into town I had a very limited time to find a place. The Treybrooke community seemed very nice. pool, fitness center, playground. I'm fresh out of college and working so I don't have any kids. I sort of expected the community here to be more social, but everyone sort of keeps to themselves. The place is safe and pet friendly. I haven't had any maintenance problems but I've seen them around so I figure ...
they are pretty prompt. The staff are very friendly and respond to emails very quickly. The apartments are perfect but alright. I've worked in some home reconstructions before so a lot of things seem sloppy (baseboards, caulk work, paint edges) but most of it is aesthetic. The price sealed the deal for me because vs another place in the area it was cheaper by about $10-20 and unit is huge (1 master bed, 1 small study room, 1 & 1/2 bath). The big bathroom has foggy water coming out of the sink so I just use the 1/2 sink and toilet. I actually reported this but they never got back to me, but I had a extra 1/2 so it was no problem.
