September 6, 2022- office voicemailbox is always full - no live person actually answers the phone - if you're lucky to get a humans voice for a maintenance emergency, they will tell you to call back cuz your emergency isn't severe enough - follow through on maintenance emergencies for a hole in your roof that came from rain will have a response time of 2 weeks to never... - possibly one of the worst places to live in the state of Texas - security gate never closes allowing anyone and everyone to come inReview from Apartments.com

This Apartment Sucks Trust Me
August 5, 2020When i first moved in, I was overwhelmed with the outlook of these apartments but now after staying here for a month, I see why the reviews about this place talks so bad. THEY DO NOT LIKE TO HELP YOU EVEN IF HALF THE APARTMENTS NEED HELP. My neighbors always bangs and i told the office but nothing happen, of course. Avoid at all costs!
March 24, 2017I was only living here for 2 weeks before my car got broken into. There is constantly people walking through the apartments to get to the bus stop. I have shady neighbors all around me that I am pretty sure are up to no good, as they constantly have random people coming in and out of their apartment. September 16, 2015I just love my apartment!!! The location of my Apartment complex is great!! It is very close to all the major freeways! So those long commutes to the freeway in the mornings for work is now a thing of the past. I'm also located minutes away from Fast food, Groceries stores, and entertainment. The office Management is very friendly and also help with any questions that you have, in a timely manner. The floor plans are beautiful with so many different kinds to chose from that it is hard to chose ...just one! And the best part at a very reasonable price!! The maintenance team always gets the job done quickly and does a great job. Wanna have visitors over No problem! We have an excellent about of parking space. So your visitors don't have to worry about getting there vehicle towed. Don't forget about my apartments beautiful indoor/ outdoor pool. Yes! You read it correct both indoor and outdoor pools. How many apartments can say they have both. Tennis courts, weight room there is so much to relax and do!! Let's not forget to cover one of the main issues in today's world. SAFETY!!! My apartment our a gated community! You MUST have your gate card. Which cuts down in who has access to your home. We also have Alarm systems in every unit!!!And the key entry to get into the walk thru gate locks behind you, and you also need it to leave out! There is also a police station mins away! Talk about the great feeling of safety. It is also an very quiet apartment complex. So of your look for solitude look no more!!! Have children The bus stop is directly across from the office. Cheap but Safe
July 24, 2015This complex is full of nice people, very friendly. The staff is very nice and calls before letting people in the gate.
