1. building dirty all the time ... 2 ... the realtors of this place are rude and liars. 3 ... there is no parking outside, for which you get fines. 4 .. there is a lot of crime in this place 5 .. it is not a family environment .. 4 .... the tenants smoke marijuana inside the building ,, 5 ... they do not deliver the apartment painting or clean ... 6 .. be careful when you deliver the apartment they want to take the deposit to paint and other things that they never did when they delivered the ...

apartment, 7 ... there is a smell of garbage and marijuana all the time ... 8 .. the air conditioning gives pain throat ... don't rent here ...
