I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I should share our experience. We moved into what was advertised as a brand-new, never-lived-in unit, but since day one, it’s been nothing but issues.
In just two months, we’ve had to make over 10 maintenance calls—which is not at all what you expect when you’re promised a new unit. It’s been incredibly frustrating and honestly a terrible experience.
We moved here from out of state and didn’t know anyone to ask for recommendations. Now, after our ...
experience, we’ve started looking at other places—and every time we mention where we currently live, people’s reactions say everything.
I would not recommend living here. If you’re considering it, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I just wish someone had been honest with us before we made the decision.
