Pros: Location is great if you work in CLT or Rock Hill, crime is low except for car break ins, maintenance crew is super responsive, and the apartments are new/clean.
Cons: Low-mid quality construction*, terrible (yet mandatory) trash valet, and no real action taken by landlord when needed.

character syndrome with zero situational awareness, only 1% of us attempts to be quieter due to this. From the constant stomping/thumping/banging from neighbors to leaf blower marathons to marital bickering in the parking lot to the 50 dudes who rev their truck engines and peel out of the complex on the daily, there is NO peace.
