June 7, 2024Don't do it!!!!! Please don't!!!! Nothing but damages to my car, things stolen out of my apartment. The master keys were missing, but they never bothered to tell anyone. Great! Also, they were charging me way too much. You can get better, just don't rent with AMC.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Management and Hidden Fees
May 2, 2024This is easily the worst place I have ever lived. They will include hidden fees on every single bill (like $500, not $50) and when you complain they treat you poorly. You cannot pay rent until the day it is due, and one Friday they completely shut down the office so no one could come in and turn in a check. The following Monday we had an eviction notice on our door despite it being their fault, and they refused to waive the late fee of the "eviction notice" fee. Management will refuse to fix ...anything or work with you. Absolute worst place to rent from, please don't live here.Property Manager Responded

Will nickel and dime you
December 23, 2023This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They have given us two eviction notices, one for being three days late in paying rent (I was out of town, I accept fault for this as it is stated in the rental agreement, although a phone call would have resolved the issue, instead we were charged a $20 “notice delivery fee” to put the paper on our door) the second was for not paying the pet rent ALTHOUGH the amount in the contract was different from the amount stated by the rental agent. ...While we were waiting for an email response to clarify the amount (the office was closed for the weekend), there was an additional eviction notice placed on the door. Again a simple phone call would have immediately resolved the issue. The office is generally not able to respond to phone calls or return calls even if you leave a voice message. The pool and workout room was unavailable for most of the summer despite promises stating otherwise during move-in and the hot tub still remains unavailable, again a despite promises during touring stating otherwise. There is constantly trash around the grounds, including from random people that will place it in the “valet” trash cans that are unbagged and therefore not collected. Expect many forced fees including for the washer and dryer, internet, parking, and so-called valet trash, making this complex much more expensive than it first appears. There is a lack of parking in the winter, so a guest of ours, who parked in a snow plow spot, was forced to pay a $400 towing fee, despite a low in the 40’s and zero chance of snow. This complex will nickel and dime you at every single opportunity. The maintenance man entered the apartment with no prior warning from the office while my two female roommates were asleep (they work graveyard shifts so are sleeping during the day), making them feel extremely unsafe living here. Finally, when we were confronted with noisy roommates, there is no option for noise complaints or 24-hour contact, we were told the following day to file a police report instead of given the option for a noise complaint.
