Property Amenities Could Be Better
May 26, 2020I have lived here for several years and for the most part, I'm satisfied with my experience here. Management is friendly and prompt in addressing any issues needing to be handled. My one complaint is the availability of property amenities. I feel like we could have more to enjoy, considering the amount of rent we are paying. I really miss feeling the peace and serenity I enjoyed from the retention ponds. It use to be that you could sit on your porch/balcony and enjoy the ponds from wherever your ...apartment was situated on the front of the property, facing Bearrss, now there is only 1 pond on the property, the rest have been drained and have become dry areas that sometimes contain trash. Love my apartment
September 7, 2019I had move in August 2018, I just renewed my current lease, love this place, very quiet, and peaceful, the reason I gave them a 4 stars because they could used better materials; like paint , and better dishwasher example, I have my purses and my new linens in their bags that paint stuck to it even though my ac never turns off, the dishwasher is a mess, also the could of been little cheaper. Overall, the staff are great, I gave them an A plus, love you guys. Please change the materials you’re ...using specially for the money we are paying, they are no good.Property Manager Responded

" Refreshing "
August 23, 2017My very first encounter besides passing by this very nice apartment complex community speaks volumes. I'm about to apply at The Village at Turtle Creek these next 2 days. It's very rare these days to be able to say something great after just my very first/ 2nd phone call to a leasing office such as this one. I'm in awe of the patience & professionalism & most, how helpful these staff employees were. Jose the maintenance supervisor and the manager Damaris are delightful people with a wonderful ...sense of humor. Not once did I feel rushed. They take there time to explain everything in depth and they do it as if your already a part of this community/family. In my search, this has been by far the best experience so far and this is just by communicating with them over the phone. I'm eager to see how thing's go. Everything I Wanted
August 21, 2016I moved in here last year when I was looking for something close to school but farther away from noisy student housing complexes. I've loved my 1 bed/1 bath and how relaxing and quiet it is here. Staff is incredibly helpful and honest, maintenance is swift, parking is never an issue, and the community is great. 10/10!Review from Apartments.com

August 4, 2015Been in my apt since Feb. 2014 and I must say it's the BEST place I have lived in my life!!!! Staff is friendly and helpful and also prompt when there's a problem to fix.
