Spacious but Older 3bd 2ba
September 8, 2015Typical Irvine Company establishment. A bit on the older side but spacious. Unit came with some bugs, but an exterminator will come free of charge, so no big deal. Housing office very friendly and responsive. Area is quiet with mostly young families and professionals. Laundry room: machines are equipped with credit card readers so you don't have to buy a pay card or fish for coins anymore. Bike path accessible through the community. Have yet to have trouble finding parking further than 50 ...yards, even for guests. The high school next door causes some traffic, but that can be avoided with good timing. Have 1 cat, no problems. Would recommend to people if they're not looking for a posh place but rather, a quiet place with friendly people.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
