Great place to live!

I lived here for more than 2 years. My experience living at this place was positive, primarily because I loved the appliances. Also, the staff is friendly specially the manager. I liked that there is a cleaning staff to clean the halls, important with thi pandemic. In overall; the price is good in considering the area location, amenities and services, and good neighborhood.

If you are looking for an affordable apartment with great features such as stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, spacious bedrooms with huge walk in closets and a nice private balcony than this is for you! I have lived here for almost 2 years and have not once had a problem, on site staff is amazing and attentive and maintenance gets completed very fast! If your looking for a beautiful home in west des moines, this would be the place to live!

Best Bang For Your Buck!

I have yet to run into a maintenance request that has taken more than 2 days to complete. But this place is the nicest place in the area for the price you pay. If you're looking for less than luxury living then yes, look elsewhere but this is the epitome of luxury. The leasing staff is always helpful and very nice. The amenities here are top notch (good luck finding a gym in an apartment complex as nice as this) and the area is safe and welcoming. You're close to everything and right off 35... ...
so you're literally 15 mins from downtown. I love this place and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Definitely have to see to believe.
